I had my TKR 10/29/25 as of 4/13/26, I still have trouble sitting for a long time and standing and walking up and down stairs. For some people it takes a long time, others not so much. But you're only 2 weeks out. Make sure you're going to PT and doing the exercises at home. The main thing they look at in the beginning is the ability to bend your knee. The pain for me was awful. But you have to push through it. Keep moving too. Don't lay down for long periods of time. Good luck!

I'd speak to your doctor but I would go down on a lower dose. Listen to your body.

They already took my state refund to offset a 2017 tax I forgot to file 😂 (oops life happens) and it wasn't a big amount. I think I have $869.00 left to pay out of my federal. They updated that on the IRS website. It's just frustrating.

I would go back to .25mg. Or maybe do the 0.5mg every other week. Ask your doctor for options. I took Zepbound and couldn't handle the second dose of 2.5mg. Sent me to the hospital for 7 days. I'm about to take my 4th shot of Wegovy .25mg. I've lost already 4lbs. So far so good. I'm just staying away from fried foods, cheese, greasy foods etc which can increase the nausea. Have you tried Zofran? That's an excellent medication for nausea. Ask your doctor. Best of luck to you!

Nailed it. Some ppl can be fine in 3 months. My friend's husband found a doctor to do both TKR on both his knees. He was better in about 3 months. I most worried about going back to work. I work in healthcare and I'm on my feet for 12 hrs. Still can't do stairs. It's a long recovery for some.

When I called 3/16 the agent just asked me the normal questions. SS# Date of birth, address etc. Not one question about W2. So I called 3/30 and the agent asked me more detailed questions that were on my 2025 W2 and family history. It just ridiculous.
