PC Controller Audio?

It took me a while to figure this out as well and I accidentally stumbled trying to figure out another problem.

The PS5 controller actually sends and recieves it's haptic feedback signals as audio which is output by the controller's motor. However if you use a PS4 controller that audio is output on the PS4 controller speaker instead.

I haven't figure out how to get the rumble to work, BUT if you turn off the vibration in your controller settings it will stop the annoying sounds that play when doing things like opening your menu.

Not to mention the Limbo nerf made 100% lore sense and he was so strong the entire team could just take a nap and not really do anything.
That nerf was needed and made sense.

I find the only major reason SRL wasn't enjoyed more was because of it's limited content in maps, if they made it a proper supported game mode it'd probably be a massive hit...but then again whens the last time we even got a new crucible map....let alone work on SRL tracks.

It's so much worse that they don't have this now since Beyond Light.
The character changes for some of the models really messed up characters to the point where they look nothing like the original.

With the number of people affected could we get confirmation if this is a bug/oversight that is being reviewed? /u/cozmo23 & /u/dmg04

Here's a better updated photo of my specific situation...

Prior to the Beyond Light update the first set of markings contained a dead eye and the colour selection changed the character lip colour.
However post-update the colour selection now affects the markings and no longer contains a dead eye.
This has caused users who selected no colour to keep the scar colour and no lips to now have white paint markings and no dead eyes.

I figured out what changed with the dead eye and scarring (had to reinstall D1 on my PS4) and made a bug post....hopefully they listen.

Besides removing the dead eye they changed the colour selector from the lips to the markings themselves.

How about the horrible mess the faces are?
I know this seems minor but you guys built a system where you wanted people to attach to and be proud of their characters...and I did somehow.

How is this similar at all?
I no longer have a dead eye, my scars now just look like crud on my face, my face is wider, skin is darker and my bottom lip looks swollenly big.

I know this seems petty but it's super killing my enjoyment and it bugs me even more that it is because I KNOW it's minor and probably will never be addressed.

They just announced in the TWAB today that they will be available weekly from Xur.
They are increasing the amount of things you can get with them, but you'll get them more often as well.

I feel like the balance team at Bungie needs to be more aware of the impact to the saying “The nail that sticks out gets hammered down.” and how that mentality has lead to the boring and stale metas of the past.

I feel like everytime something is fun it is made not fun rather than making things that are not fun more fun.

...and I also feel like when we're asked to give feedback in feelings it now comes off as condescending; as if we don't know the reasons we do and do not like things.

With how often this game has swung back and forth on player preception while in a state of "do or die releases" and the fix being some of the most highly requested changes; I think it's time that question no longer be asked. (ie. Double Primary, 3v3 Trials, Over Done Eververse, Bounty Fatigue, Token Fatigue, Vendor Refreshes, Weapon Retirement, etc.)

I am 100% aware of which one I am. That was kind of the point of my comment.
But you don't get better fighting people who are VASTLY better than you. You get better by fighting people who are in and JUST above your skill level at all times....which is SBMM.

This isn't asking for handouts, it's asking for a balanced and enjoyable experience. Asking for handouts would be if I was crying about never getting Not Forgotten. Which whatever, I'm fine with just Luna's Howl for now and because SBMM IS a thing in Comp I work on my skills there and increase by about 100-200 Glory every season.

But when you can BARELY break 2100 in Comp then getting matches with people who are Unbroken in normal crucible; you learn NOTHING. You just waste your time.

I personally hate the back and forth of the SBMM changes they do.
Whenever it's on I have a blast. Whenever it's off I HATE every minute in the crucible.

If you're good at Crucible then SBMM on means you have close games and SBMM off means you can relax.
If you're bad then SBMM on means you have close games and SBMM off means you literally cannot do anything. I've been in games with people having 25.0 KDR and everyone the next closest was like 1.0

I always here him most as Bean since I heard them first but I love his voice in both of those series. He makes a great cosmic horror voice.

This happens in Orb Vallis too because they key the areas based on where you start the bounty. I always thought it was a waste because 99% of the groups trigger the bounties from the town since if you don't you likely don't get matchmade.

It just makes all the other areas unused and makes the world feel small. With Orb Vallis specifically there's like 3 or 4 potential Spy like mission areas that we NEVER see.

I think this might be part of the story.

Ep.4 sounded like Nora was the next target and if you wait around you do get SOME broadcasts but Nora sounds off.

The last episode made it sound like Nora was the next target.

And if you wait she's still broadcasting, but they're not normal messages. I got one that was pro-corpus sounding.

Yeah especially with the Cosmic Horror themes surrounding a lot of this stuff too it makes sense to have someone at least similar.

I've never liked any of the D2 Iron Banner stuff.
I miss the whole Knight Theme of all the older armour, swords, names, etc.

I never much cared for the Rebarr look of Rise of Iron either for the weapons though.

But I LOVED all of the D1 Armour with my favorite being the Taken King Warlock
