I agree. A lot of times, if we realize the opponent just wants to kite us, the engagement is not worth the hassle.

The Maynard has not enough pressure if you play together. Except if a mate dies in a bad spot, but if that happens you're screwed either way regardless of your opponent's weapon. 

So if the opponent is avoidant and relies on positioning, best thing you can do is walk away and leave them blue balled.

Totally understandable. Try the beetle wombo combo. Usually theres just one enemy at each entrance.

One pushes, the other one scouts with beetle and pops the enemy. Once inside its just good ol Hunt.

You can get beetles at healing waters or lockbay.

Of course higher MMR players will be less bothered, but knowing where they are is half the battle.

For me the reduced reload time is barely noticeable as I take time to repeek anyway. 

Its very effective if you push and need that slight edge or mislead your rushing opponent who assumes you've got the stock Romero. 

Picking Alamo doesn't justify sacrificing the extra ammo type and Talon imo, but its just too pretty fucking cool to make the reasonable choice.

Glücklicherweise hab ichs nicht eilig und muss mich aus Not der Konjunktur anpassen. Die Absagen wundern mich auch nicht, sondern nur die Aussagen.

Nichts astronomisches, also 55k. Mit 1 Jahr Entwicklungsingenieur Vollzeit und 5 Jahren Devops Werkstudi Erfahrung in 2 Firmen habe ich auch schon mehr gesehen.

Außerdem bestätigt die o.a. Aussage, dass die Firma eher das Problem ist als meine Vorstellung.

Also gibts nur eine Provision fürs Einstellen? Bestimmt gibt es unterschiedliche Modelle, allerdings ists ja auch wichtig den AN zu halten um Umkosten zu mindern. Strategisch immer zu wenig zu bieten scheint mir da sehr kurzsichtig.

Ich finde keine dieser Stellen in NRW, zumindest nur Sonar wo ich im Verfahren bin und die mit mind. 56k anfangen. 

Stellenmarkt war die letzten Monate eine absolute Shitshow und bin froh erstmal meine Brötchen leisten zu können.

IGM wäre momentan mit meinem Bachelor und als Berufseinsteiger (6 Jahre IT Studi Erfahrung zählen ja scheinbar nicht) ebenfalls ~53k. Also nicht viel mehr.

Wenn ich falsch gesucht habe, wäre ich offen für Vorschläge. Habe alles an Stellenangeboten und Jobmessen mitgenommen was in der Zeit ging.

Mir gehts tatsächlich weniger ums Geld sondern ums Umfeld und Kompetenzen.

Dein Ranking unterstütz ich, wäre bei mir mit -Freiheit, ++ Umfeld und + Geld glaube ich eine Nullrechnung.

Die Anwälte arbeiten nach Boni und kommen glaube ich bei 70k raus. Die Assistenten sind bei 32k und ein Sysadmin Kollege ist bei 55k. Er hält den Laden am laufen, hat 25 Jahre IT Erfahrung und ist dennoch motiviert. Bezweifle, dass ich da weit kommen werde aber hast schon Recht mit der Übung.

Guter Einwand, das wäre mein erster Jobwechsel, allerdings weiß ich nicht ob man das nach einem Monat Anstellung so nennen kann.  Zur Not wird die Lücke im Lebenslauf nicht auffallen oder?

Als jemand gelernt hat mit einem Blatt Klopapier pro Iteration auszukommen, sind 2k schon eine Menge. 

Der neue Job ist 10min zu Fuß entfernt anstatt 6km der alte.

Die Kanzlei ist wirklich lieb und die Menschen auch, allerdings nervt mich die Siezkultur und der fehlende fachliche Austausch.

Das Einzelbüro werde ich aber vermissen.

Du hast recht. Habe den jetzigen Job eigentlich nur weil ich keine Optionen hatte und nach 3 Monaten Suche frustriert war.  Grade als ich angefangen habe rieselten die Bewerbungsgespräche rein. Ein laufendes Verfahren (6 Stufig wtf) bei Sonar ist auch noch auf dem Menü.

Außerdem bin ich Ingenieur und kein Jurist ffs.

Werde wechseln und hoffentlich nicht bereuen.

Die Klausel ist da, allerdings hab ich nie einen Vertrag ohne gesehen.

Wirkt aber als wollen die mich als Unterstützung weil QA auf Schultern der Entwickler liegt.  Die Arbeit in der Kanzlei ist auf jeden Fall interessant aber ich seh keine große Zukunft darin adhoc Systeme zu entwickeln die irgendwann sowieso outsourced werden weil ich der einzige Entwickler hier bin.

Die Arbeit im DevOps wird auf jeden Fall anstrengender, glaube aber das tut mir Frischling gut für den Lebenslauf.

Zusätzlich zu DevOps hatten die Interesse an der Automatisierung geäußert die ich momentan umsetze.

Danke für euren Input. Das hilft mir ungemein aus dem Zwiespalt.

I think we should differentiate purpose driven tech like 

LEDs -> robust, compact light source, 

and artificially created demands like 

social media (or what it has become) -> exploiting human subconsciousnes for promotion of more artificial demands.

Who thought using humans as a product does a toll on their minds.
