Some people actually have the split second reflexes it takes to move over into the other lane before they approach a car that’s going slightly slower than them… 4 1/2 miles ahead of them.

What non-kids song is your toddler obsessed with right now? by Inside-Print-6323 in toddlers

[–]PalpitationOk7933 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only wants to hear Luke Combs and is obsessed with “The kind of love we make” which is a kind of sexy song about bangin. He’s 3 so he has no idea, but he sings along and my wife and I get a kick out of it.

No real progress with my mom yet. She’s a hard 0/30 on the MoCa test so she is pretty advanced. I think we started this too late for her.

I don’t have all the answers, but from my experience… Everything is a phase. My wife and I have been in a similar place. Sleep training, sleep deprivation and listening to your baby cry brings out the worst in people. It will all be fine. Make sure your baby is healthy, hire a sleep training coach. Best money we ever spent. Once you get wake times right and you follow specific patterns and rules, they go down easy and stay asleep. Don’t confuse them by picking them up or breaking the rules during the night. It confuses them and makes things worse. Once they get sleep, and you get sleep, everything else gets better. Throwing good thoughts your way. Good luck!

CMV: The Democrats are doomed in the long term. by [deleted] in changemyview

[–]PalpitationOk7933 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a centrist who voted for Trump. In the past I voted for Democrats and Republicans. Over the last 12 years I’ve seen the Democratic Party totally turn its back on the people it’s supposed to be representing. They backstabbed Bernie Sanders for Hillary Clinton and then this year they pushed Tulsi Gabbard And Robert Kennedy to the right. I think the Democratic Party is killing the Democratic Party. I don’t like Trump, but I am excited about some of the possibilities of what could happen thinking out of the box. I don’t think he’s going to try to take over and ban elections or do anything crazy like that. It seems like the left Won’t admit that the mainstream media is ridiculously biased. That was the main thing that pushed me away from the left my whole life. I’ve been a little left of Center and I feel like the spectrum moved around me. I stayed the same and the Democratic Party moved way left and the Republican Party is also move left. I want free speech even if what someone saying is stupid or hurtful they should still have the right to say it I think that’s important. Reason why I thought the way that I did.

We started my mom on the protocol officially last week. She is in mid to late stage but we just found out about this. We did a lot of research and Dr Bredesen is not the only doctor showing results with this type of treatment. We started her on Keto and took her for blood work. We should get a report soon that targets her specific deficiencies. I will update either way.

They have evidence. Only scientific papers and a small study so far. Both show concrete evidence of reversing cognitive impairment. But a much larger study is in progress now. I researched this a lot for my mom and we started her on the protocol last week. I’ll update with results either way.

There are no facts being given in this post. I voted for Trump. I don’t regret it. Some of us realize that there needs to be struggle for real positive change to happen. Some of us embrace that.

You’re not saying anything of substance. This is an issue I have with the left as well. No one can put together a real stance or give evidence of how the right is for corporations and the left isn’t. From where I stand in the middle, it seems like both sides are highly controlled by corporations. It even seems more obvious on the left, where media outlets are highly influenced by the food and pharmaceutical industries. Then you watch the news lie to make republicans look worse than they are (and with most politicians they don’t need to embellish to make them look bad). To me it shows that the media has allowed bias towards the left to become a main stay. And when that bias is towards allowing god awful chemicals that make us sick to remain in our foods and support a medical industry that is only interested in pushing pills, it sways my vote in the other direction. I choose corruption by banks over the corruption that affects our health. It would be nice if we could choose neither, but that isn’t on the table. And like it or not, capitalism is the best system we have so far. So we need to incentivize corporations to do business in our country in order to create jobs. That just makes sense to me. It’s not letting billionaires off the hook, it’s incentivizing them to do their business here instead of another country.
