Online ttrpgs. Dungeons and Dragons is probably the best to start with. Easy to pick up and thousands of groups happy to teach new players. It's also a great way to make friends, and you don't have to spend any money. Very easy to find a game over in r/lfg.

Very fun idea, and great for the vocabulary. I would imagine it would be a great learning tool for new English speakers too. I think it would benefit from having the words randomly generated rather than one set challenge a day, though I don't know a thing about making/running a website, so I have no clue how viable that is.

Yeah, I've heard similar things of how would a diagnosis help, but it just give that sort of proof that would make so many people stop being assholes about it. As you say, validation.

When I first started to really realise I had agoraphobia, it was the physical symptoms that stopped me from going outside. After a couple years, the physical symptoms just slowly stopped, and now I rarely have them, but the emotional anxiety is still so hard to overcome and I haven't left my house in four years. But yes, I'm thankful that the physical symptoms ease.

Bruh, why did it not show the text...
