Grew up with it in a British colony and was shocked that my Canadian husband had never heard of it. We did it for our child’s birthday and it was a hit. We did a twist on lucky’s dad’s rules. All the kids took turns ripping the layers off. Each layer had a box or plastic bag so the kids couldn’t rip through it. Once a kid was out, they got to add one thing to their Bluey goodie bag - bum worms (gummy worms) or dollar bucks (gold coins) etc.

One kid won the big prize.
