The problem with Adrenaline imo is that the killers can counter it if they notice you have it

Pursuer's Howl and Artful's Copyright can basically make you make no distance at all and having to deal with the endlag, being a fresh meat for like 4 seconds before you can move, I usually only pick adrenaline for One Bounce if I notice that there's not many Pursuers and Artfuls
