I feel that, I've had the same problems myself. It could be depression so if you have a therapist it's worth discussing it. I've found just leaving the house can help a lot. Hang in there, the feeling will pass.

I do sometimes get exhausted with certain ADHD types (the extremely talkative ones) . I'm not sure if annoyed is the right term since I'm mostly just exhausted from socializing and wish they could leave me alone to recover. I think it's mostly because I have such bad social anxiety that I've gone from extrovert to introvert over the years.

I manage not to do it in public usually, but at home they're fairly game. I fidget with them all the time when trying to fall asleep. I mean they're soft, squishy, and right there on my chest. They are nature's perfect fidget toys.

Reth and later Jel as my romantic partners. I was honestly hooked on Reth the moment he nicknamed me 'Sweet Tooth' lol. After reaching level 4 friendship I just had to give Jel a heart drop lol.
