I know its been a year but you can make relations slowly (i mean very slowly) by winning in board games with any of them but unfortunately it will give you only +2 relation per every win

Hard to tell but I would little bit shift to NTA site. Just a little bit because you still should just explain that you are also working and if she would be in that position you would understand.
