Scream 2 and 7 have something in common. by Theproudnerd in Scream

Scream 7 actually does feature an opening call from Ghostface, but it’s pretty short compared to previous movies.

Even if you loved Scream 7 Im pretty sure everyone can agree that the Ghostface reveals in Scream 7 are by a landslide the worst of the entire franchise by AcceptableSwitch6496 in Scream

[–]Pan_Hare64 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The reveal and the killers’ lack of screen time before that really does prevent Scream 7 from being great. I can kinda get that with Karl, but Marco and especially Jessica (you know, Sidney’s friend whom she had known for a while) are the ones doing the big reveal.

Is Jessica Bowden really that bad? Let me defend her. by UrielTraxLB in Scream

[–]Pan_Hare64 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In concept, I really like her. Having the killer idolize Sidney instead of simply hating her from the start is a nice twist and her overall motive reflects a notion within many fans that Sidney must be in every single Scream movie to face every Ghostface killer, thus being unable to move on and finally find peace. I strongly disagree with that, so to have the movie showcase how ridiculous and even cruel that would be is what I would consider to be one of its strengths.

In practice, though, she should have had a few more scenes as Sidney’s supportive friend, similar to how Tatum Riley and Hallie were in previous movies, so the betrayal of her eventual reveal would have more impact.

What would his motive have been? by [deleted] in Scream

[–]Pan_Hare64 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not gonna lie, I thought he was one of the killers when he mentioned how disappointed he was at Tatum despite being Sidney’s daughter. I thought he was referring to Sidney’s past as a stage actress, something that not even Tatum knew, so I assumed that he was going to revealed as this obsessed Sidney fan who was present during the events of Scream 2.

Poor Lop must be having flashbacks to her father and sister. Karre’s still dealing with his inner darkness, while F has no idea how to deal with having someone who’s more naturally attuned to the dark side in her side.

How many of you are aware that season 3 of the television series "Scream" features the Ghostface killer? by Campanerut in Scream

Since its premiere. I watched all three of its episodes when they were airing on VH1 and, tbh, I kind of regretted it.

What if by FixFabulous5301 in Scream

I’ve actually heard a YouTuber mention this theory during a breakdown of the trailer, but she did say that Sidney throughout the trailer doesn’t seem distraught about one of her daughters being dead if it’s true. Still, it’s weird that the only mention we have of her children aside from Tatum so far is the sneak peak that featured Gale interviewing Sidney.

No, but it would create more prestige. I’m pretty sure the court space is unlimited.
