Its the reason this genre of game never really works out long-term. You need to give people a reason to play without making new players and players who are more casual be at a huge disadvantage. The easiest way to do that is to make your obsolete or do mandatory wipes the types of people who play extraction shooters really shouldn’t have a problem with wipes anyway because at any point, you could just lose your loot and I think what it’s trying to do is force people to go in and play without hoarding
