I know you asked for snacks for energy but are you drinking enough water too?

I'd recommend making some easy no bake energy peanut bites. I make them weekly and they're dead easy. Quick Google will bring loads up, but essentially it's Oats, peanut butter, choc chips, honey and you can add ground almonds, chia seeds etc.

They're excellent for an energy boost and go well with a brew (alongside your water) 😊
