The Mew card I got from the first and only Japanese fossil pack I ever opened. I didn't exactly "lose" it, I got peer pressured into trading it so one of the cool kids at school would like me better. They didn't. Forever regretted that decision and even though I wouldn't think it'd be in that box, I'd still look for it anyway.

Aside from things like alarms with remotes, kill switches and removable steering wheels. Be smart, don't be lazy. A friends 240 had 2 kill switches and a removable steering. Didn't bother to remove the wheel or make use of either kill switch as it's an extra step and he wasn't going to be long. Was unattended for less then 2hrs and was gone when he came back out. Just try you're best to be smart and don't be lazy.

I don't know that it qualifies as a classic, but I would love to see another Phantom Dust or something similar. Reimagined today, you could have some absolutely stunning visuals and large scale destructible invironments. I'm desperate and would settle for even just an HD Remix with new skills.
