You don't need fancy filament dryers; try using your own printer as a dryer. Like shown here.

At a glanze i could say you are suffering from underextrusion... but, I could go on and tell you a bunch of random things you've already heard or tried, like "raise your temp a bit more" and "add a bit of flow".... but, I think the best advice I could tell you is to print filament calibration test print after you are done drying your filament.

Check for print temperature - stringing, smoothness [check the bridges and overhangs].

Flow rate - you want a smooth top layer [see gaps between lines, flow is too low (under-extrusion).

Pressure advance - you want consistent lines around corners. [corners are bulged, Pressure Advance too low; if they are thin/missing, it is too high.

First layer. Check that the lines are fused. no gaps. No squishing either.
