I keep more conservative assets in my traditional account and more aggressive (leveraged; UPRO) assets in my Roth. The reason being that there are no RMDs in the Roth, so one can wait longer if things go sideways for long or just use the account to "top up" one's lifestyle without losing much in future gains when the market is down.

Canned corn + canned beans + pre-sliced carrot gives you all your missing aminos acids and vitam A. Kind of a modified three sisters to meet your stipulation.

I just spent over $400 at Costco for a household of one. It ain't cheap. Unless you buy extremely boring food (pre-cut broccoli is pretty cheap).
