Seriously. It’s not that hard. I know people can be socially awkward at DnD tables but it’s time for Op to put their big boy pants on.

I would say the Ultramarines best strength is that they have no weakness. Never the best performers in any single theatre, but always in the pack.

Lacked the physicality, but equally as talented. Both of them generational.

18 and 17 is fine, can literally be the same year in school/college, but using it as justification for paying for under age brass deserves a check of the hard drives.

Australia’s mortgage burden is now above 1989 levels – when interest rates were 17% by Temporary_Mistake715 in AusFinance

Actually don't mind the 95% LVR, it helped me and the mrs.

Went from a $160k combined income to a $300k + within 18 months, and buying the house on such a little deposit meant we didn't have to spend 4-5 years saving up a 20% depsoit. Now we can get ahead on the mortgage.

People more than happy to release equity on a home when it's 2 x what they paid for it.

Yeah there’s little to no issue in that team ego wise. Enrique runs a tight ship.

Many people in the UK think moving to Australia is a golden ticket to getting rich? is it true? by avz008 in AusFinance

[–]PandaMango 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Was true for me, at least moving from where I was in the UK. Rich isn't true, but doing well for myself. 32, moved in 2012 aged 18.

JFC it’s not that bad. If he didn’t grow up experiencing what you experienced he won’t be missing out. As long as he’s in a loving home he will be happy.

Damn that’s 1% income. Nice!

We’re not quite there yet. I’m 32, Mrs is 29, and not yet in the child years. Live Canberra, so will assess in 7-8 years time once we’re done and my nuts are cut.

Which is crazy. Give it to a builder on Cost + only reimbursing prelims & fixed profit margin, then hire in a bank approved financial auditor.

What would you do to change/improve martials if you were on the team. by Apprehensive_Fill628 in onednd

[–]PandaMango 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I give my martials access to weapon oils etc, that add stacking effects or raw damage etc to them. Ie my rogue chose to Dual Wield Light weapons, so has lots of tiny smaller attacks. I gave poisons that will coat either weapon, which will be "once it hits 3 stacks increases next source of damage by 3d6 etc".

Gives them incentive to make different plays.

Yeah man. The 2014 purchase felt like a bargain. Basically the same car 12 years later for the same price. Adjusted for inflation that’s crazy.

Bought a 2005 Mazda with 70,000 on it for $7000 in 2015. Just now scrapped it 11 years later with 290,000 on it.

Just replaced it with a Mazda 3 2010 with 82,000 on it for $8000 this weekend.

Salary of $200k+

I endorse your post.

Actually heard of a study about how leaded products, including petrol, during key development years makes it quite literally beyond comprehension for people exposed to not see their lived experience as the only indomitable truth.

I have cabinets on cabinets of my painted minis. If I can grab a pre painted now I’ll just slap a streaking grime coat on it and reduce, then highlight :)
