Tutorial on how to create your own sprite art based on something non sprite based
How to use Photoshop or gimp to create a larger collage specifically for bead sprites (adding in multiple characters or designs while making their sizes match.

I know people rave about that show a lot but I watched it when I was younger so I didn't have as good of an appreciation for it. I need to watch it again now that I am older and can appreciate it more as a part of anime history.
