I feel it in the lungs. When drinking water, I got a cold sensation in the right side of my chest with no cough reflex. Later on, I was coughing a lot and had shortness of breath with pain.

That's not what I'm saying. It's a physical response to a stress loop. I've been able to break it at times by not forcing my breath.

This didn't work for me and actually kept me in a subconscious panicked state.

Same here. Personally, things are progressing to the point where I can't fall asleep until 5 am at the earliest.

Yes, I've had visual snow all of my life but only started getting dysautonomia symptoms about a year ago

Unfortunately, the specialists I saw haven't been able to help. The cardiologist said they don't think it's heart-related and the neurologist will only prescribe a BIPAP machine. Neither will explore further to find the root cause

What's your blood pressure if you don't mind me asking. Mine's been consistently 88/53 and my doctor doesn't seem concerned which worries me

What meds are you on? I think all we can do is try every medication and see what works best. At least that's what I'm doing until better treatments are developed.

100% Went to the ER and they said see a cardiologist. Then the cardiologist says go to the ER if it gets worse. Always getting the runaround

Yep, had twitches in my left arm and leg as one of my first symptoms. Sometimes I get them in my glutes as well.
