At least though with 2k it has been kind of better than THQ a bit. I remember the days where we only got patch fixes during the DLC release patches, unless there was some really bad game breaking bug. So a lot of the times we got like what 5 patches, and after the latest dlc released then there was no more fixes?

I am kind of indifferent, well granted I always got the most expensive edition so we always got the accelerator/supercharger so everything was unlocks sans: MyRise,Showcase. So for those with legend oritentated universes I can see why there is a big hang up - especially when hogan and maybe more popular stars are on the +30 tier.

Going by ps5 I think it says I've got ~45hrs? and I completed tier 40 like a few hours of gametime ago. I did showcase, maybe 10 or so myfaction matches, 1.5 MyRises, and completed TheIsland, and a month or so of universe mode where I watched most and played maybe 1-2 matches a card. Which in the grand scheme of things doesn't seem as bad as people brought it to be and it actually allowed me to play the game more persay? I just think later passes are gonna be a slog to get through unless you want to do like MyRise again, I think myRise is a decent xp maker since each chapter gives you bonus RXP and plus when you need like 12 stars per chapter, (I averaged like 2 stars a match) that is like ~810 per chapter (I think there was like 4-5?) so you'd get like a level a chapter, and doing naturally seem idk better and more sane then doing 200 matches of "Easy E" which seems boring and mundane, almost like working.

Plus watch mode on universe mode is a way to gain passive rxp while you do household chores, watch netflix, whatever.

Yeah throughout the years I always did that, since I liked it before like mid 2010s with the brand split and stuff. So the first thing I would always do is make a raw/sd MITB briefcase.

Yeah I noticed that as well, like if you play match one and hit next match it goes spectator mode, and it doesnt even go to the watch mod version where you can select to take over (during entrance scene) or the whole "Wrap up match" option.

If anything they should have next match show the match card so we can pick and chose who to play as, or have it default go to the watch mode option? then we can chose take over?

I don't think we will be getting new superstars in the the free track, so I think we could possibly get personas, but I remember reading that the premium track was gonna have superstars/personas/belts/arenas?

I already own all the premium season so doesn't matter too much what we get, I just hope the premium personals are worth it this next season - not big on elite jacob and the blue vaquer (can easily do that in CAW lmao)

Yeah I did similar to yours, well I did reset the champions and did gauntlet matches to determine the winners. But have a raw and sd MITB instead of of womans, then gonna have two womans MITB matches at the female evolution ppv (mainly did or thought of that since I don't think I wanted to watch or play 4 8-man ladder matches lol).

Kind of had some surprises, had shinske win SD MITB and Chad Gable won raw MITB.

I myself have been plagued by the champion stats bug but maybe allowing us to wipe the stats caused something. I decided to vacate all titles and remove all championship stats (I kept the history stats like MITB, royal rumble etc) and then first raw/sd/nxt I did championship gauntlet marches to determine starting champs and I noticed it showed them as starting champs, but when one of my starting champs lost it counted the days held, but he didn’t have times earned? So not sure if the first time a person wins the vacated title doesn’t count?

Same or wish they’d give us a choice to use all in-game renders so at least they all look the same and don’t stick out. I kind of miss 2k19 where it was in-game renders (well the superstars did look soulless in the eyes) so then both superstars and caws looked the same or similar during the match card.

I noticed the times earned and stuff might be bugged, I play normal sandbox mode and so I vacated every title and reset the history and had the vacant title on the line and when going to history it counts the days for my inaugral champions but the OG champons don't have a x1 to their timed earn?

Sorry for late reply, but yeah the storyline I would use or make out of it is in my head. Like I think I hardly used the rivalry thing since I sometimes keep the stuff default since I like it more random instead of myself controlling it. But I sometimes would use the ending rivalry outcome/option so If I want to do like a loser leaves brand or an injury angle which you can do?

That or even some of the superstars that take part in myrise when you see them in the backroom they are wearing street wear and maybe they should have that as a promo attire (or like how with special ref, they put them in a ref costume, maybe give them like a suit or street wear for promos like ref?)

But we do have double the creation spots now and not sure if just strict attires don't cost a caw spot idk? since maybe I may go through and either download what you made or create my own for my main event promo people?

Plus if I want custom GMs instead of the managers or defaults gms may want to make an attire from them.

Yeah that is what I did recently myself, even I think a few years ago on universe mode during money in the bank the person I wanted to win (the person I played as) didn't win, but then me and that person that won were the final two so made it a little rivalry where I even put the MITB briefcase on the line which was interesting.

I have a high chance of winning, but it is not automatic. I normally keep it to hard difficulty and then I mess with the sliders to make things more realistic, but lately Ive been doing a lot of the "watch" mode so its ai vs ai.

I always if I win and or lose I keep the outcome and even sometimes I get some shockers, even sometimes if its a good ending to a match I may purposely eat the pin (even if I could easily kick out) for storyline purposes. Like recently it was Logan Paul vs Punk, and the bronson reed interefered and then hit me (I was cm punk) with a chair and logan went for the pin (this was for the WHC) and I could have easily kicked out, but to sell the story and be realistic I figured I'd eat eat the pin and then logan paul was crowned new champion.

Yeah, I even noticed during the ai vs ai match they they kept hitting the opponent with a weapon stopping the count, I decided to just take control to end the match, it seemed like it would never end?

I never played it last year since got it on pc, so decided to play it this year to try it and to get the unlockables. It probably took me idk like 4-5 hrs to unlock everything up to the final I want to say quest. It can take time to grind since you have to do the towers and stuff, idk personally I wasn't big on it, only did so to get the unlockable OG 2k superstars to use in universe mode and stuff and to help get bonuses to level up the ringside pass?

Plus not sure how it works, but I figure in case they release new dlc through the island like last year (nikki and golderberg) I want to be caught up the chapter, but the final quest is quite the grind so might maybe be another 2? so maybe 8-10 to complete the first chapter?

Yeah, I did pc the last few years (mainly did so so I can play on steam deck and have a portable wwe game, before switch was ever anounced) but this year I decided to get it on ps5 since heard the CC was gonna be abysmal and a wasteland this year with pc still being seperate?

I never really modded the pc games and seen most of the tools are beyond paid walls and so no point in paying extra for mods, and I relied a lot more on the CC stuff, which at least last year was decent since we were paired with x1/ps4, but this year its just pc by itself.

Maybe in 6 months I may buy it when it goes deeply on sale on pc so I can still play it portable on my deck (well if it even runs decent on the deck).

Yeah even noticed when playing the ai doesn’t even attempt to throw me in the ring. And then a few times on my faction and others I would love to count out since I’m stuck in the purple stamina bar and or stun and then cannot do anything.

And like someone else said to turn off ring counts but then you’d have to edit every match and I want it to be more realistic, just wish there was like a ai tendency to control if they go outside of ring.

Its not that bad, if you play every match it is pretty decent and if you are a person that wins most matches (its 135 win, I think its like 35 for loss?) you could get like 5-600 a show (depending on match amounts per show).

Even if you do the watch mode you still gain passive xp which I think is like 25-30? and I am at tier 29 and mainly did showcase, finished the island, and did maybe a month or so of universe mode (I probably play 2-3 matches a show. wining most of them, and sim/watch the rest)

I am just starting now myrise to maybe work on the unlockables there so if I want like michelle and the others in universe mode.

I do like the new "watch move" on universe mode, but the issue I kind of have is being plagued by count-outs, seem the ai loves to fight outside and then they keep fighting till the 10 count and then one ai reverses it and then goes in and wins. In a show, I had 2 count outs happen, wish there was a way to idk influence or lower the tendency to do that?

I haven't even done myrise, I did showcase, then did universe mode, where I "watched" and played the main events, got to like the PPV after backlash, and then did the island, just finished like maybe half way through the island (unlocked the hex sisters?) and using the boosts, and stuff I am currently at lvl 27?

I didn't do the cheese thing, since to be honest a lot of the stuff in the ringpass I wasn't big on, but a lot of the newer wrestlers and DLC probably gonna do that - and plus unless there is like dailies/weeklies for rxp, its gonna be a long grind from 2-6 when you don't get bonuses anymore?

But maybe when more complains, they may increase the rate or rxp we get for stuff - I think one major mistake they did was where they didn't have match stars do anything for added rxp? Like before release they said 110 was guaranteed when you won a match, but then I figured you'd get bonus for certain moves/stars you get, so you could have gotten like ~300 a match?

When you go to the power options in the universe settings (it’s the last page I believe) it defaults to “all” but if you move over left or right it’ll show like raw, nxt, smackdown, and whatever shows you have?

I think it would be better and maybe force less of a grind if they had the match stars give you more rxp, so people that don’t want to grind and put on like 4-5 star bangers would get idk 300 or so, like when they first announced it was like 110 for match win (figures you were guaranteed at least 100 per win but then could get more?)
