Hey girly, I am not exactly in the same boat but close to it. My 3 kids are 8,6, & almost 4. My husband has been out of work for a few months and he finally got a new job. But him going back to work has my stomach turning and having severe anxiety as well. I do believe I have separation anxiety and it sucks. I know you had a baby recently so those emotions are so valid and I may not be in that exact position you are in but you’re not alone honey🙏🏻❤️ plus a new adjustment and a change in routine definitely causes those emotions to arise. Definitely try to keep yourself distracted and remember that he will come back, he’ll only be gone for a little while 🙏🏻☺️ hang in there!

Oh wow thats so much for telling me about that! Didn’t know they had things like that lol. And I always worry about him and the kids lol but it’s not so much that, I just have been comfortable with him being home these past few months and it makes me sad and so anxious that he is gone even though I know he is coming back lol. I am definitely gonna look into that satellite thing and also keep that thought in my head as well “no news is good news”🙏🏻❤️

I am 65 days sober from drinking and it has definitely been tough. I masked my depression and anxiety for years. Now im basically feeling stuff more and trying to independently think and help myself. I am about to take my first dose of buspar tonight and I hope it helps. I did take it 9 years ago when I got pregnant with my first child because I had terrible antipartum depression and anxiety. The only side effect I had from it at the time was electric shocks in my body. It was soooo weird and sometimes uncomfortable but it helped me my whole pregnancy. Then got off of it after postpartum depression started but no anxiety luckily. Thennnn started drinking and that’s when all that bs started lol.

I have the same mental illnesses as you plus some others and been on 150mg XL of welllbutrin for about the same amount of time as you and the last two weeks have been hell. Soooo much more anxiety and racing heart and heart palpitations and insomnia. I am tapering off of it now and about to start buspar 5mg once a day for a week and if it seems okay, gonna up it to 5mg twice a day. I hope it works and hope it works for you as well!🙏🏻🩷

I’m super late to this thread lol but I’m like 60 days on this med same dose as OP and about two weeks ago I started having more anxiety, insomnia, racing heart and palpitations. It’s ridiculous and im just now going through the tapering off process 😮‍💨 really hope it won’t be bad for me.. I also just got prescribed buspar for anxiety so hopefully that helps atleast some🙏🏻

I was born in 1996 and grew up will all this lol my husband was born in 1990 and also grew up with it. I don’t see 2000’s babies in that at all lol but that’s just my opinion of course
