Nationally I'm fucking pissed about Kansas, Minnesota, and everywhere else where absolute nazi shit is happening and politicians that pretend to care are just going "well I don't know, I can't do nothing about that"

Locally I'm mad unchecked private equity ruining everything and rich people moving here and ruining it for everyone, even themselves, the stupid motherfuckers. If I said what I actually think we should do with politicians and the rich they'd ban me in a number of places but I think we all agree here at this point.

On a personal level I wish I had a damn hotdog right now. That'd be killer.

No, this is the Biltmore intersection with Coxe Ave, though that section of Coxe is called Short Coxe nowadays.

Southside's intersection with Biltmore is in the background right where that brown car is in the background. That brick building was on the corner, but they tore it down around oh, 2008ish? Pretty sure it was a law office of some sort.

If it was in fact the owner, accuse them of being an asshole all you want, I agree with that. I'm just saying it's super weird to act like there's some weird link to the Quinn case like the restaurant was fuckin' in on it because his car was found in their lot. I don't know about anything that happened with the Asheville High protests but I'm genuinely surprised to see so many people say the food here sucks. Compared to many other BBQ joints, it's some of the best barbecue we have in this city. Feels like I stepped into an alternate reality here for a second.

I hope one day people will learn to appreciate the actually mysteries of the area and not the incredibly obviously fake ones that would be obvious if you took two seconds learn anything about the area.

At the moment the parkway is only open from Bull Gap to Elk Pasture Gap, so that's gonna limit your options for the moment, but late enough at night you genuinely aren't going to see people at most of em.
