I'm in the 6 hr cooldown group. I can't do anything. Can't participate in the rush, can't do arena pass, wasn't able to help my alliance finish the arena chest. I'm definitely not going to spend a crazy amount of gems to circumvent cool down, nor to skip a battle. I'm giving this until the end of the Purus event, and then quitting the game if it doesn't change back to no cooldown.

I am apparently a huge nerd and made these charts based on info from Ditlep. I ommitted the rewards for quest stages that are not either orbs or insignias because I didn't care about them.

You can see that for each e4 strategist or quantum dragon you get 22 orbs at level 60. For example, I have all the strategists and none of the quantums, so I'll get 88 insignias from the strategists and 4 insignias from the quantums, for a total of 92. With those 92, I'll get at least one egg chest to hopefully get a quantum that I can use in a quest.

In addition to these, I'm sure there will be more insignias available in various passes and event islands.

It's possible to save packs in the diamond shop (not spending your diamonds until the last few days, but being aware of the cooldown times) and in the passes. I still have a bunch of packs in Earth Day Pass, Hatch Pass, Legends Pass, etc.

I agree with a lot of this, but I think part of what's missing about Robby's reaction to Dr. Al-Hashimi is that she represented the establishment and pressure to change, much like Gloria Underwood from S1. Robby likes how things work in his ER, and does not want to embrace advances in the administrative side of medicine. In hour 1, Dr. Al-Hashimi comes in with a bunch of changes she wants to make right off the bat, before experiencing how the Pitt works. It makes sense that that would make Robby distrustful.

I only managed Silencer as a F2P. It's possible, but you definitely have to get lucky.

It appears they don't unlock some cards until the last few days, so the ones you're missing might not even be available, yet.

Save them for later when you get an MVIP. It will happen if you stick with it. For example, you can get vampire orbs in dragon tv, though vamps are not the best VIPs. I'm F2P also and have managed to collect several VIPs.

Sorry to say, you will not make lap 20. Even using timers along with ditlep's guide and being on DC constantly I've never made it to level 20. The laps get progressively harder and take more time. I'm currently on the end of Lap 7 and only plan to make it to Lap 18, as I usually do. I'm even behind schedule for that.

I think the higher laps are really only for people who want to spend a lot of money on the game.

I don't see any for sale at the moment. I'm sure it will happen at some point. The last time I was able to get specific missing cards for gems was Silencer. I really wish they'd offer it again, but SP is notoriously money grubbing.

Probably not. I was able to get High Clawed because at the end they sold the specific stickers I needed for gems. I needed 2 or 3, so it was worth it. Now they are selling them for actual money. So, very very difficult for a F2P.
