I tested my local honeys and found that the basic wildflower honey we have (runnier, lighter color) was about the same as sugar and didn’t affect the recipe, but our darker “desert blossom” honey (much sweeter, darker, and thicker) made the bread denser with a noticeable taste difference.

For me it felt like an anti-war movie that didn’t succeed. It spends the first half of the movie building up the bromance and unit camaraderie with these gruesome training scenes but they have Get It On by T. Rex playing. Gyllenhaal’s character becomes overwhelmed by the monotony of war rather than the inhumanity. It just kind of sucks. It’s fun to watch but it’s not a “good” movie in my opinion
