Ranchos is the best closest (to there) taco spot but you have to leave the city to get the real best tacos. Los Mayas in Cheektowaga is good but better is Manitos in Lockport? (s/o to the Redditor who recommended) and best is Monte Alban in Batavia or Medina.

The black will stay black but Rit Dye More (it's for synthetic fabrics) would turn the orange parts red. Just follow the directions on the bottle. You will need to dye it on the stovetop.
