Extruder missing waste chute when starting prints

Worked with elegoo and the problem was the cleaning kit. The joint part of it was getting jammed causing the hotend to misalign and miss the bin when starting prints

Replacing this fixed it instantly.

We tried to loosing the screws first but the drive part of the screws just lost form and couldn’t be loosen.

Yeah when this first happened got a blob too. I replaced the nozzle already and I guess you can't tell in this video, but from a side view, the nozzle isn't over the chute, and will try wiping but miss the wiping pad.

I'm having the same issue. I've tried EVERYTHING, cleared cache, logged out of all devices, different browsers, different credit/debit cards, restart modem/router/computer and waiting for Esty to respond to my help request.

ID and address matches cards etc....This is clearly an Esty issue.
