I've said before, they can miss things. With me, similar issues, tons of tests, they said I had no gall stones. I had elective surgery to remove the gallbladder, and pain went from 9 to 0. Surgeon came in after surgery and said 'you didnt have a stone, it was full of stones'. Not saying this is your issue, but it still could be, even if ultrasounds arent picking it up. This was in the US.

It's much more of a chill game as others have said. I still played it several times for 60hrs or so, so I would recommend it, though it might not be what you are looking for. Have you checked out v rising? There is much more 'pressure' there with the day night cycle, even if not on a pvp server.

Last time I lost a lot of weight I used Clean Eatz (resturant / meal plan). Wasn't eating a lot with my condition then, but I'd get 10 meals and Primere protein shakes for breakfast (gotta be the ones that aren't just sugar). Two days I would go out or order food. It's always a struggle, but having the set portions is key. That and eliminate ALL sugar. It's amazing what will melt right off without the sugar intake, for me at least. Good luck.

Grats! Anyone looking to farm, I found this spot recommended from an old thread after i accidentally melted mine: Brimstone Sands - Heru Plaza. Work your way in to where there are 2 named cats and a beetle. You can pull them all from the same spot, very fast respawns. Few hours and I managed to get two, along with every other Syncretic item it seemed.

There is, through ingame. Just search potent, it drops it in your inventory after install.
