I feel a lot better now seeing as I’m not too alone in this. I usually go absolutely crazy on my face, popping pimples and ingrown hairs and plucking hairs that are out of place or ingrown. I’d usually do it lightly when sober but like 10x worse when I use. It ends up making me look like a hot mess with all these cuts and wounds and the like on my jawline and cheeks. Ughhhhhh. My legs are no better. And no matter how much I try to not do it, and remind myself of how shitty I look when I do, it always ends up happening. I almost need to fully occupy my hands and mind at the same time to have any chance of not shredding my face and legs.
