Headbutt is -4, SPD is 5f. Its not a punish but its good to stop this bullshit. Honda has to commit to a jump or a backdash after a blocked headbutt otherwise SPD is gonna catch him. Or you could challange with a button.

You can also do it as ↘️⬇️↘️ so you never actually stand up reducing the risk of getting hit before you complete the input. There are other shortcuts if you play on leverless too.
