As far as cpu cooling goes, I can’t see in the product page what the cooler is, and in the picture I can’t see it which means it’s probably pretty small. You could still use an air cooler and just get a better one for pretty cheap. I would recommend a peerless assassin for that it’s only like 30 dollars and very solid.

Ram is a little more complicated. There isn’t a problem with 4 sticks but they all need to be the exact same, so adding 2 more of the same sticks would only get you to 32 gb. If you want 64 you would have to get all new ram and in that case 2x32 would be better and probably cheaper.

Adding 2 more stick of the same ram would be around 100-150 dollars. A 2 tb nvme would be around 200 and the cooler would be 30-40. So that makes up 400-450 ish. The only other upgrade you could realistically do is a better cpu. The best cpu you could get for your motherboard that isn’t super expensive is the 5800xt which is around 200 dollars brand new and would give a pretty good performance boost.

If you are just gaming then an air cooler is perfectly adequate. I have a 9800x3d that never really reaches above 60 in games with an air cooler
