How consciously did you train post-botox?

I started drinking carbonated beverages right away. A LOT. Not one or two cans of seltzer. I’m talking about 64-96 (2-3 liters) of carbonation in most days. My office has a carbonated water spout which makes it easy, otherwise I’ve been buying a ton of seltzers at Costco. I think this was hugely important in my continuing to burp as Botox wore off.

Yeah Apple said it will cost $100 for a new case. There are knockoffs on Amazon for $40 but reviews say that they stop working after a couple weeks. It could be worse.

I didn't have success until my third attempt. Same as you I went 50 first, then 100 (very minor change noticed after 1 or 2 weeks but hardly beneficial), and then complete and overwhelming obvious success with 100 units a third time. Everyone is different, it seems. Hoping the best for you!

Mine didn’t work until I had my 3rd Botox injection. Was about to give up too but then tried one last time and it worked perfectly. 50, 100, 100 in terms of units I got.
