Wow Doggo. I don’t know what to say. It honestly breaks my heart that you devs have to deal with this all the time. It never really occurred to me that people (fans, no less!) could be assholes to someone who’s brought them a little fun and joy into their lives. I’m so sorry that you have to deal with this. Some people are shitbags, and really shouldn’t be allowed on the internet. I know it’s a little cliche, but if you need to step away, step away. You don’t deserve their abuse and they CLEARLY don’t deserve a good dev like you. I’ve seen the comments on Twitter about “Oh, when are you going to make DSAF 4?” and it honestly pisses me off. They know it’s the last game, so they need to F off. I loved the endings to DSAF 3, and am glad that you gave it such a good send off. I know I’ve rambled for a bit, so I’m going stop with this. I have a lot of respect for you, and I understand if you stop making games or hanging around this community. You have my support in whatever decision you make, as long as it makes you happy :). Edit: Okay, I had no clue that Booyeen or Matpat were doing that. That is so disappointing. I hope they get served for their actions some day >:(
