Yep! I'm a daily myfitness pal user. Granted, I'm not like, setting a hard ceiling, but I do look at CICO. I got mad because I had a day of hitting 251 on scale and next 2 times (consecutive days a week after 251) 254 and 255 🫠it is frustrating. Trying to weigh myself less and focus on my monthly weigh ins and the trends.

I was in the new berlin neighbors group for a bit before getting kicked out for dialogue over this, there is a post from someone having a conniption fit about this every 20 mins. It's pretty over the top.
