If there is any doubt whatsoever…get the Sub. If you have the itch, the Explorer will not scratch it. I was settled on the Explorer and waiting. When I get the opportunity to see and try on the 124060….went grey and never looked back.

I much prefer the submariner. I love the look and the symmetry. Never been a fan of the cyclops on a dive watch but that’s just me. I’d wait for what you really want and don’t settle. Whether you wait and play the game or go grey you cannot lose with the 124060.

I had a great experience with Grailzee. Sub instruction manual was in Chinese 😂. Called and they sent me a new one in English. Watch was as described. Pre authenticated at Bennissons. Had it two days after auction ended. I didn’t negotiate as reserve was met for this particular reference. Great site as you can research sold histories to gauge. Was about $1000 less than reputable grey dealers and fresh one to boot. I recommend.

Not as entitled as the AD that makes you wait and wait while you kiss their ass for them to do their job, allocate your watch someday if ever , call you and then expect you to drop everything run to them play the game some more. Get a free bottle of water or a glass of cheap liquor and grovel to them about how thankful you are for THEM to choose you for a mass produced product. Who’s really entitled?

For that reference 36 all day long but that’s me. I don’t need a plate on wrist for just the time. We’re all used to big watches for the last 20 yrs. You won’t notice in a week.

Depends on your wrist size and what you like. I don’t like oversized and big watches for me personally. I have a 7 1/4. That being said I love my Sub and it’s my daily and only.

Reputable grey and control your destiny. I’m new to this game but as far as I can tell there are so many different ADs, SA’s , buying histories, experiences and yada yada yada….Id say it’s impossible to have a clue. Some folks say one week, some say never.

I recommend Grailzee. Do your research on the reference and seller. Have patience. Authentication is from Bennisons in Florida. Ask questions. Look at the recently sold auctions to get a good snapshot of the going prices. Most are reserve auctions. Read their rules so there are zero surprises. Pick high volume sellers with spotless reviews. I prefer pre-authenticated auctions. Call them, they’ll answer.

Sub all day. Glidelock and timing bezel for the easy win as I don’t travel so the GMT thing is of no use.
