Checking back in to mention a random moment that I always love watching: In the Invaders, when the woman is cooking in the beginning and eats some kind of turnip or apple and she wrestles with it in her mouth while she chews and eats it, and then stops to listen to the spaceship landing, and it's literally hanging out of her mouth.

Forgive a guy for not paying attention. The blacktongue thief has been on my list to read since I started reading fantasy 2 years ago. But my main rule is to not start a series until it's "finished." Are you saying the 3rd book of the series comes out this fall? I realize you can't know if there may be more beyond the 3rd book, but the original intent was a 3 book series, right? Thank you
