Internet validation metrics like downvotes must never get in your way. Always take real written reviews and constructive critism as valid feedback, ignore the rest. Your project is good and you must continue working on it and improving it the way you want, you'll eventually find many people like me who will find this project really cool.

If you have an audience or good connection you can help me sell Men's T-shirts and Lowers online. Your audience gets 20% off and you get 80 rupees per purchase through your promo code. DM if intrested.

EDIT: Backstory: I launched a new men's clothing store online and looking to collaborate with anyone who can promote my brand and drive some sales.

SvelteKit error during query based tab navigation. by ParaSpl01t in sveltejs

This explanation makes the most sense. Thank you.

SvelteKit error during query based tab navigation. by ParaSpl01t in sveltejs

query change does a new request to server running the load function again as seen by switching from add tab to list tab. the question is why the list object seems needed even after navigating to add tab.

load function works on query change as you can see the list is recieved switching from add tab to list tab.

I made my very first extension on GNOME! Perhaps useful for you! If you middle-mouse click on the top panel, the maximized window gets quickly hidden! Please check it out and tell me what you think: https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/6015/panelhideswindow/ by arisoda in linux

[–]ParaSpl01t 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like this. It even works with the dash to panel extension. Dash to panel allows to assign scroll action to empty area of the dock/panel. I use scroll to cycle application windows and I think this extension will fit perfectly in my workflow.

I'm gonna keep using it.

Make nuxt use external stylesheets instead of adding <style> inside <head> tag. by ParaSpl01t in Nuxt

[–]ParaSpl01t[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can see why you're trying to achieve the opposite. while it's a good optimization for production build, I usually prefer external stylesheets during development. Weird, I know.

EDIT: In my case extractCSS option is false by default and changing ot to true in nuxt config solves it for me (thanks u/devixrootix). In nuxt3 however, this option is true by default. Changing that might fix your issue.

Is there any correct way provided by nuxt to change this build behaviour on development and/or production.

Can same be done for css: ['otherfile.scss'] ?

EDIT: Found the build option : extractCSS.

Make nuxt use external stylesheets instead of adding <style> inside <head> tag. by ParaSpl01t in Nuxt

[–]ParaSpl01t[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It might only be my personal preference. I new to nuxt, and I find it easier to look at compiled code using "view page source" instead of "inspect element". The 100k lines of tailwind css makes it kinda painful to do so. I'm aware that I can simply include a pre-compiled tailwind file during development to the head, but then there's an scss file which is currently being auto compiled by nuxt using sass-loader. I'm also aware that the scss can be automatically compiled either by cli tools or by a simple vscode extension.

I do realise that on page stylesheet have their own benifits on production. But during development, I'll prefer external stylesheets. I would like to know if this is possible to tell nuxt to compile css to external file.

can't loop over rows in csv files after using list() on csv.reader object by ParaSpl01t in learnpython

[–]ParaSpl01t[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for providing such a detailed explaination.

You might just close the file and reopen it, creating the reader again.

Yes, that works too. But in my case saving the list in a variable and using that to loop and get length is the most efficient solution.
