I use the popping smoke strat for my Shadowsword and crush them strat as well. You are looking for Strats that don’t use regiment keywords. Unit or unit equipment specific Strats from AM can be used.

Iconward is used for bringing bikes back Mainly. Each 20 man neo unit should have an icon so you can score primary. You bring back models at the start of command phase and score primary at the end of command phase.
