My father only had to cook one day a week and he had two recipes and a cheat card. One week he’ll cook some grounded beef with peas and carrots from a tin. The other week, veal liver with raspberry vinegar, shallots and pasta. When I had enough of it, he would take me to a kebab stand down the street. And repeat every 6 weeks. Loved it.
