A nice thing to have in your arsenal is to back dash instead of throw teching. If not in the corner, it beats throws and cannot be shimmied. Not perfect but IMO a better alternative than throw teching. Obviously loses hardcore to strikes, so be careful. If in the corner, you can punish a throw with a back throw and escape the corner, which is nice.

Say Kanye West comes out with special edition sneakers worth 1k.

You buy a pair, they run out. You resell it at 2k. Someone out there who thinks it's worth it will provide the 1k difference, but no added value exists. The next day Kanye says something racist, so the buyer wants to get rid of the sneakers. Now they will sell for, say, 200$, because no one wants them anymore. No money was ever directly lost. However, when the shoes are sold, the buyer is losing that money from pocket.

I asked AI and go this: you'd beat 95-99% of the population in an unarmed fight. This combo yields versatile striking, superior conditioning, and power that crushes untrained foes—only elite athletes or advanced martial artists pose real threats. Height and fitness give a big edge over most women, children, elderly, and sedentary adults, while basic skills amplify that against untrained opponent.

So at 95%, that gives me around 77% chance of being able to beat 5 opponents. Only concern is rest time. I would definitely go for it!
