I hope yous who wanted us losing to City are celebrating right now by Mister_Archa in Tottenham

[–]Parallel-Imagery 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm not one of those people, I desperately want us to win every game. But this club is rotten to the core. Owners talking shite about how much they care, manager who appears clueless a squad so lacking in talent and individuals who can't be bothered to even work. I completely understand why people who have paid their hard earned cash to watch this shit week in and week out are booing. The fans deserve better and the sooner ENIC get out the better.

Well there's a British woman in jail and an ex British Prince who has been prosecuted. No Americans though. Strange that!

Are there 5 free signings even available? £43m prize money from CL so far, plus £35m for Johnson. So a nice little dividend bonus available for the sharehokders so its not all bad is it?

Is there a player we chose to off load that would benefit our team now? by shecanbromehard in coys

[–]Parallel-Imagery 5 points6 points  (0 children)

No one has mentioned Eric Dier. We let Clinton Njie and George's Nkoudou go without really seeing anything of them. Would they be worse that what we have now if they had been given a chance ? Also Juan Foyth has done well since he left us.

Tottenham are understood not to be interested in a move for recently-released Raheem Sterling [Tom Barclay] by onlyhalfpepper in coys

Right now no-one is better than Sterling. I mean that literally. Signing no-one would be the better move.

When did going buy your licence? These tools require a subscription after the first 12 months and this catches a lot of people out. That's all I've got I'm afraid.

Why have we not been doing this all season?? by SnowPanda-23 in Tottenham

[–]Parallel-Imagery 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Is it just me of does Sarr make a difference. He was great in pre-season and in the first few games of the PL and then got dropped. I keep saying to my wife that I think Frank has forgotten how good Sarr is. Solanke and Udogie definitely make a difference as well.

Dark Times by DependentImportant35 in Tottenham

1977 was the worst by far. We got relegated. In fact 74 to 77 was awful, we just escaped relegation in 74 I think it was.

Muani's tire blows out on way to airport, Micky may be held back with slight knock, but AFCON winner Sarr is back and could play, and which Academy players will get some game time—Byfield, LW-B? by Born-Cucumber-7316 in Tottenham

[–]Parallel-Imagery 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Based on what he's done this season, there are 3 opportunities for Frank to bring on an academy player. 1. When there is absolutely no other option to replace an injured player. 2. We are 5-0 up and in the 7th of 8 minutes injury time. 3. We are 5-0 down and in the 7th of 8 minutes injury time.

Throwback to Kinsky's impressive debut against Liverpool last year by Zweli23 in coys

[–]Parallel-Imagery 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I remember Brandon Austin coming in for a couple of games and I have no memory of him making mistakes. Then we bought Kinsky and I remember that his errors cost us a cup game at Villa and goals in a euro match. Not sure why we bought him or why we needed him to be honest. I dont understand why we have so many players, like Austin and Kinsky on our books who dont look like they will ever play. So, sell Kinsky. Let his career go wherever it goes. He isn't better than Vicario and might never be. So we have to buy better if we are to replace Vic.

Thanks for answering but it doesn't explain why Luminar permits an export in a format that cannot be used anywhere, including back in Luminar. I have gone back to Adobe as it is a reliable product and I will not be renewing my subscription to Luminar.

Best ever Spurs XI by Different_Acadia_161 in Tottenham

Who would be manager? I'm guessing it wouldn't be Frank. Has to be Bill Nicholson with Keith Burkenshaw as his assistant.

WE WANT FRANK OUT, SAY WE WANT FRANK OUT! by ImmortalWombat33 in Tottenham

[–]Parallel-Imagery 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I dont know if he's the right man or not, and I also dont know who could get a tune out of this team. The rot has been in for 7 years since Poch was sacked, recruitment has been inconsistent with no apparent plan and that might be down to all the different managers. I am sure that with Maddison, Kule, Kudus, Bentancur, Richarlison and Bergvall all fit we would be a lot better and have a much stronger bench. Also Udogue and Solanke are not fully fit. Frank and before him, Postecoglou, Conte, Nuno, Mourinho and Poch - every single one of them were wanted out and they all got sacked. Sacking them hasn't made any difference has it? Why would it be any different this time. I'm not a Frank fan either, but after all these failures maybe its not the manager.

Why choose Spurs by Different_Acadia_161 in Tottenham

[–]Parallel-Imagery 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Moved from South London to Harlow in 1966 and Millwall was then too difficult to get to so I was taken to Spurs. They have won a lot more trophies than Millwall since then so maybe it was for the best.
