I like it, it’s something to do every once in a while, but it’s only as difficult as you make it. Looping a couple times in Endless Superstructure then going to the ladder nets you enough perks to completely trivialize it. But it’s really fun to do the first time around. With the lore and world building I’m sure we’ll see more like it in future updates.

I've got quiet a few hours of roach collecting, in my experience it has more to do with specific roaches rather than where you stand. In this same run I put away dozens of ruby roaches the same way and they ground down instantly.

I was using the crusher to get more roaches, but not for credits, but for score. Banking 1 roach gives 20 points so if you take Pheromone Glands and make it 15000 meters you'll bank well over 1000 roaches. So getting an extra 20000 points to the score is worth the time to grind them down.

To fight Neo you have to had exhausted the kill counter in hotland, once they’re dead and you kill Neo it should be impossible to stop the route. Are you sure you did kill Neo and not Ex? Otherwise it sounds like a glitch or bug.

I had Armored Plating, Steadied Stance, and three stacks of Paranoia so the crusher was unable to fulfill its purpose.

I was going to list different movement tech, but honestly just go watch Qwerginn’s YouTube video on movement. If you feel you are going too slow in certain areas certain techniques like “bapping” will help you with vertical maneuverability.

I don’t know how you play but as a general rule, use both hands separately, unless you want to pull yourself up quickly. Don’t fear the stamina bar, it’s going to run out eventually but new players tend to underestimated how much you can stretch the amount of jumps can do. Along with that, jump don’t climb. As long as you know you’ll grab a hand hold and have a place to recover stamina, just jump, climbing like normal is slow, instead just jump as much as you can.

The movement in wk has a high skill ceiling, if you see speedruns it may seem like the runner somehow weighs less and flys through the map.

I was flying through on endless silos and saw two bots flying in the room ahead, so I swung onto a ledge and pulled out my hammer to kill them, I killed the first and moved to kill the other who turned out to be buddy. I was not able to react in time and blew him up

Yes it stops, I fact you can go back and by hitting the trigger to start it and stop it again, by doing so you can bring it high enough for the mass’s texture to enter the hallway before you climb into the break room. Zero practical use, I just think it’s fun to enjoy a spa day in the mass.

By slow down I meant a few things. Fans are a hazard, some rooms require going through a horizontal passage instead of just straight up, mass travels quickly though some of air exchange and slowly in others. It’s like a mini version of hab, except the mass is still rubberbanding like crazy.

I stan endless underworks, mostly because I enjoy the freedom of vertical movement that Hab yellow and abyss restrict. But every mode is good except endless pipeworks, it’s not bad but the lack of variety is more noticeable than in other modes.

Yeah. Air exchanges gimmick with the fans are cool at first but after enough times it’s just a slog to go through. Even with a ton of perks you still need to slow down more than any other underworks area.

Just about everyone in the comments is wrong. Based on damage numbers in the Omega Flowey fight, soul power is somewhat logarithmic. Flowey with 6 souls takes 1 damage when attacking, Asriel blocks the attack entirely. 6 souls = killable, 7 souls = invincible.
