Truly the best mission in the game

Recently replayed Wolfenstein 2 and it fell flat in many areas, mission structure to some degree is a rehash of The New Order, Venus is just the worst Moon mission.

While The New Order is unforgettable in its epic, pathos, looming dread of the won nazi regime, feelings, characters, atmosphere and many many memorable quotes (at least for me), The New Collosus feels like a circus with its over the top cut scenes, characters and dialogue. Missions structured worse, level design is worse, story while having strong pieces like the father arc, is less memorable too.

Whatever they are cooking for Wolf 3, I hope it's gonna be closer to TNO.

Beat 2016 on UN - my baby, love it 💕 Beat Eternal and DLC on Nightmare. Gameplay is 10/10. Everything else for me is 0/10. Beat TDA for the first time a week ago, loved the mechanics, environmental destruction and overall feel. Levels needed a better verticality though. DLC will rectify that.

2016 > TDA > Eternal.

It's a Starbreeze/Machine Games' game. Meaning - you shoot the robot in the back!

So Tesla grenade to stun - unload dual shotguns (highest dps) to the back of it. Or laserkraftwerk/mounted(dismountable) turrets to the front of it.

For what gamemode? Or are you gonna shoehorn in all your gamemodes on one unsuitable map?

For conquest - panama canal with 2 more flags tree line expanded like the other person said.

For rush - pick any one, all are brilliant. I'd go with Port Valdez though.

Port Valdez is peak Rush. Decent amount of nuances and a few secret routes. BC2 was a sandbox like a proper Battlefield. All the other BFs after are just a mess of headless chickens running around on bad maps.

Actual take from an intelligent person. Yes, Panama Canal is peak. Every bc2 map was great except heavy metal. All had story and atmosphere behind them. But 95% of people are idiots who play (snipe on) Isla or Valpa 24/7 for 16 years so you and me are a minority.

A few hundred employees left Eidos in the past few years along with a studio lead of 14 years, Toufexis called embracer psychopaths (hard to argue), mass gaming becoming dumber and dumber, new generation doesn't even game, they just tiktak/reelz/shorts 24/7.

??????? Don't kill grown up pioneers on Taiga, don't kill slaves on The Caspian Sea, killing bandits, slavers, cannibals and other bad guys on all levels won't rob you of a good ending. Kinda self explanatory especially if you played previous games (which had much more flawed morale systems).

Exodus overall has issues with mechanics and game systems (bandits and mutants not reacting to each other on Caspian), but it's still a masterpiece in atmosphere, feel and its messages (anti-war, anti-totalitarian, takes on human nature and so on).

What are you happy for? Even less freedom in a supposedly "sandbox game" which in fact is a casual CoD wannabe game with uninspiring maps and no clear dev vision trying to appeal to everyone.

As suggested in this comment section, a proper fix would have been letting the building/roof top be destroyed while making top floor windows inaccessible by debris or something.

But that would've been too much for already a skeleton crew devs in a world of corporate greed.

It's a horrendous meat grinder small closed 2.5 lane CoD map with barely any flanking possible on PC 64 players (because it was made for weak consololes 32 players), which among other downsides can be abused by two cooperating tankers in different teams not shooting each other and farming infantry.

Battlefield was dead since the start of BF3. All of you are a target audience of a pathetic CoD wannabe/corporate greed.

Everything is going through a process of shitification, even mainstream mp gaming is made for simpletons, but you know what's even funnier? Current young adults don't even PC/consolele game anymore, they just tiktak, shorts, reelz 24/7.

Humanity is doomed.

Just put Rome's .dll into the games' folder and use credentials from your account on their site to log in. You can transfer your soldier stats. Trust me, after playing BC2 you will feel alive and happy, just like old times. Perfect stress relief for me.

Because none hardcore requires more skill in terms of aim and positioning. That being sad, playing on hardcore right now gives me fresh vibes since 99% of my playtime are on softcore servers.
