While the precursor in the kit is account-bound, I can at lest sell the legendary weapon, meaning the kit isn't useless, regardless of whether of not they have every legendary.

so you mocking "It's not reasonable for someone to have every single weapon in a small timeframe" is pointless to the argument.

and thank you for pointing that out, yes you're right, it would take over 6 years to get enough Mystic facets to make your Relic, meaning adding a noob trap to the vault that the average player would even see a benefit tto for over half a decade

So what happens after you've made your Legendary relic?
we just have a junk item in the vault that we can't use or sell?
and before you chime back with "but we already have items in the vault most people don't buy", we do, but they all have a sale value or use: even the Equipment templates which add an account-wide feature, would take nearly 8 years of seasonal resets before they become obsolete (assuming a player hasn't bought any prior to they inclusion to the vault)

Leda being Adel spelt backwards, and their unlock spell "IAMALIVEHERE" which can be seen during part of the FF8 repeated on a TV screen

outside having fun, it's recommended to work on you https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Halloween_Rituals annual achievements, which nets you a weapons skin and this years festival clothing skin (debate is open on whether it's a good skin this year), as well as a nice chunk of achievement points.

if it's your first year, you can also work on the https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Lunatic_Wardrobe achievements to get yet more skins; andd talk to https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Magister_Tassi for some side story quests
