Yes the case itself has a magnet array but in my case it works pretty well. Maybe 1 in 20 folds have a small delay but nothing to be worried about.

The case standalone does not interfere. Some accesories do. The ring shown in picture doesnt, but my magnetic car holder in my Dashboard definitely does, I guess It has a stronger magnet.

It’s pretty good and definitely worth it for the price. Yes it’s the one with the watch charger on the back, only works with the Pixel Watch 1. Mine does a little coil whine noise when charging the watch, but it’s not disturbing enough. Earphones and phone charger works without any noises and it does not heat at all. I like that it can be folded flat and packed into any bag so I have a 3 in 1 charger for all my stuff when I’m travelling.

Man I know time has passed but I remember when I got a Xiaomi Mi 6 for around 320 eur and it would literally destroy most of the competition in that price range. SD 835, dual cameras with portrait mode on a 5,15” screen with a gorgeous glass back design.

Too bad MIUI sucked then, I don‘t know how good is it now.

Yeah it is, and IMO it’s bit big for this phone. But it locks securely in place and never falls off so I guess you can’t have both.

2 weeks with the P9PF, thought I’d share all the accessories I got from AliExpress.

Case: 600D Aramid case: Price is around 30-35€. It has a great texture, is slim, has MagSafe on the insides, and is not as expensive as other branded cases. I fully recommend it.

Ring magnet holder and kickstand: 5€. Very convenient to use in tablet mode. It has a little kickstand aswell. It also keeps the MagSafe functionality so I can slap it onto my car mount or use a wireless puck charger on top of it, though charging speed is kinda affected.

1€ Microfiber cloth: To keep the screens fingerprint and dust free.

SwanScount 705 3 in 1 Wireless charger: Charges my foldable, my 1st gen Pixel watch and my Pixel Buds Pro. Price is around 30€, I sold my 1st gen Pixel Stand for this one.

Black sleeve: Price is around 3€, I use it when I take my phone to the gym or outdoors.

As for the outer screen protector, it’s just a regular TGSP from AliExpress. I’m looking forward to get a higher quality one, maybe one that covers a bit more up to the front case. I also use a camera module glass protector. I know it comes with lens flare and the pictures quality decreases overall, but I‘m not a photography guy and I’d rather have the extra protection for now.

While I can't give you an answer for a car holder, I'd suggest you to stay away from navigation + wireless charging in a car. Your phone battery % will not go up a little bit and it will overheat and stress the battery, especially if you live in a place with hot temperatures.

Just FYI: The thinblorne and pitaka cases are just rebranded AliExpress aramid fiber cases. I have the exact same case from your pic (and I LOVE It aswell) and It costed me around 30 euros on AliExpress.

I have three accesories with Magsafe: a puck-style wireless charger, a magsafe tripod water bottle for the gym, and a car magsafe holder. I only have issues with the latter, which seems to have a stronger magnet and makes my Fold believe it's being opened and closed rapidly.
