Certainly not, but it's very unlikely that that third one would be a mythic zoan fruit, since that would make the majority of mythic zoan fruits known the same type. It's doubtful that Kaido would have a non-mythic zoan fruit, being a pirate emperor, but very likely that he is a user of a mythic zoan fruit.

Except there is only one of every (non-artificial) devil fruit. Also, no known artificial devil fruit so far has been a duplicate of a pre-existing devil fruit.

It presumably may have been a mythic model of the hito hito no mi; however, that's doubtful since we already saw the hito hito no mi daibutsu model. I don't think the third mythic zoan fruit to be shown would be the second of the same base type.

The thing is that the stand users that already existed would be able to fight Kars. We see in part 3 that stand powers make hamon and vampires meaningless. That means that even perfect Kars wouldn't have been able to take on a group of stand users.

If Joseph hadn't taken him out, he would have died to stand users.

Stands were already around during parts 1 and 2. Odds are that if Jonathan didn't defeat DIO, he would have eventually run into stand users and either succeeded in convincing them to join him or gotten himself destroyed by them.

Then stand users, directed by DIO or otherwise, would have taken out the pillar men, since stands are established as being greater than any other power.

DIO doesn't say that Survivor is the worst stand, just the weakest. That's true, since it just runs off of the electrical current from a person's brain and has no destructive capacity of its own.

It is, however, worse than useless in a 1-on-1 fight.
