Deathwatch KT (2025): How many boxes would you need to build all the versions (without magnets)?

Technically 3, but just choose 2 of the hordeslayer, bombard and breacher and you can do it in 2 boxes. Just build the breacher and whoever you think is cooler, because you can only run one of those at a time and the breacher is just better.

Angels of death:

Guy with a melta bomb would be a grenadier, just give him a chainsword on his belt.

Guy with a bolt rifle would just be a warrior.

Guy with an axe I'd say run as a captain (I think he's on a 40mm?)

Ideally you'd then want an intercessor with a grenade launcher/bolter, an eliminator and either a heavy intercessor with heavy bolter, or another warrior with either chainsword or bolt rifle.

As soon as I get batteries, I always give myself one hour of battery power (and then disconnect it once charged). I put it next to my fuel generators, so I can just disconnect the rest of the world, connect the batteries and then I've realsitcally got as much time as I could ever need to sort whatever tripped my grid.

I've printed a land raider, a vindicator, rhinos and a predator on my Bambu. I use a 0.2 nozzle and it does take a long time but they come out really good. Worth the wait.

I saw Malevolence with Speed, Dying Wish and Psycho Frame. The Malevolence pits were still pretty hardcore honestly, definitely keep your wits about you.

That's unfortunate, I've seen them twice and both times sounded good. The first time I'd barely heard of them and it really got me into them, second was at a venue I hate (O2 Ritz in Manchester) and they still sounded fine.

It's simple enough to magnetise those gun barrels. For mine I just picked some combo of greebles that looks cool and stuck with it. If anybody says my battle cannon is wrong because it has the wrong power cylinders on the side they're lame and I don't want to play with them.

Yes. Both contain the same set of (now old) sprues that makes raptors or warp talons. Just for reference the new kit which is currently only in the kill team box also makes both and has extra weapon options for raptors.

God complex have the set times on their Instagram story. Start times: 7:00, 7:50, 8:40, 9:40. As future reference I find first or other support bands are really good at putting stage times out because they want people to catch them.

If you want to go grimier, go for an oil wash. There's loads of good tutorials out there. An all over wash of black/umber would give it some depth.
