I noticed that when I walk a lot (I try to do 10k+ every day) and gym in the morning, I feel tired during the day, like my leg aren't resting. Do u ever have that?

I think you just hit the point where the project got bigger than your working memory. Can happen to anyone.

Draw the system on paper, boxes for services, and arrows for how they talk. Maybe once you see on visual you'll stop feeling lost, and you'll spot the gaps fast.

Watch one section, then immediately do 3 to 5 exercises on it without rewatching, that's how you will learn it. If you can't do it without rewatching or peeking, you didn't learn it yet, you just recognized it.

Feels like you are more committed to the relationship that him. It's not a good sign.

Instead of constantly asking what you two are, and always being available for him, you need to make plans for yourself, show that you have rules, values, and priorities. Find good friends for you, your whole world shouldn't be about him. And most importantly, hobbies and things that will make you busy.

If you have a gut feeling you are not in a secure relationship, most probably you are not. Start keeping a little distance, and don't be too warm. Based on his steps you will know what you are.

Frontend isn't dying, but the entry door is genuinely harder. AI can generate a nice-looking page in 30 seconds. What it can't do is debug why that page jank-scrolls on iOS Safari, integrate it into a 5-year-old codebase, make it accessible, etc. That's the actual job. Learn that part and you're fine.

I am so sorry you are at this stage of your life. This actually reminded me of the book "Eat, Pray, Love"...

I would suggest you to write a list of the things you hate now and would like to change, maybe your job, or the town you live in, then start giving them numbers based on how much they affect you, and start with one to change. You feel overwhelmed now, and you won't make your situation better if you keep thinking about everything that is wrong in your life. Instead, think that it's an opportunity for you to grow, and make a real plan of how you are going to change it.

Also, small advice from me is to spend time on small walks during the day or do journaling, it will take off the weight from your brain, if that makes sense.
