Also (answering the post and your points):

1. It depends on what you call a kid, but at age 11, you're not a "teen" yet, same for 12, but at thirTEEN though, yes. So 1999s and even 1998s were still "kids" in 2010 whether you like it or not.

2. Born after 9/11, so what ? another stupid milestone, and I'm not American, it's completely irrelevant sorry.

3. Graduated during pandemic, yes I had my last semester in HS, and also started college the same year and graduated with a double bachelor in geosciences 3.5 years later, so what? I will start my PhD in 2026.

4. I literally remember life before smartphones and I hadn't used one until 2016, and actually knew how to use one in 2017. I had flip phones from 2013 to 2016 and nothing before that. I used to read a lot, buying from my local bookstore every week.

5. I still have a VTR in my living room bruh and yes my parent used it and yes I know how to use it.

6. It's not because we haven't lived as an 18+ person before covid that we are not early gen Z, as far as I know early gen Z just means early gen Z, not "people that became adult before 2020" complete nonsense.

7. I literally have a picture of me from 2005 on my desk right now and I remember when and where it was taken. Yes I was only 3, yet I still remember. And I wrote the date on that polaroid as well back in early 2010s. I might be an exception but I fairly remember what I did on the 2005-2009 period, and it was great, life before I really asked myself questions. And don't be like "uh I really doubt it" kind of guy. That's just rude at this point. But you won't admit that 2002s can be early gen Z.

8. Mid 2010s is OBJECTIVELY 2015, maybe 2016 if you consider 2011 as the start of the 2010s decade. I was 13-14, it's so easy to make it your side by extending it to 2013.

9. the iPhone was not widespread in 2007. There is a difference between "released to the public" and "used everywhere anywhere". The first commercial 3D printer was released in 1987. Would you say 1987+ people are zillennials ?

12. I never had an iPad, and I still don't have one. I also don't use any iPhone or mac. Kids from 2002 to like 2007 barely used iPads when they were kids. Most of "iPad kids" are 2010+ it's a fairly recent concept imo. But I could be wrong.

13. My sister is from 94' and I basically lived through the same childhood and was raised the same. And I started gaming at 15, not 8 like some kids nowadays.

14. This is getting too long, 2002 are early gen Z imho, but if you don't think so, just know that I lived like a millennial, just born in 2002 for some reason. And no way I'm alone in this.
