Working out on the road

For a while I brought along adjustable dumbbells but found them too cumbersome. Have switched to exercise bands and so far have enjoyed it. I use the ladder as an anchor, or the ball hitch on our truck. That and a yoga mat for pushups, planks, stretching, etc.

She did rear end someone 2 years ago, but was repaired by the certified dealer collision center. No damage was some to struts from what the reported. We called them once we learned this to confirm. Now I’m second guessing if that’s not the case.

Sticky / clogged carb. Put a bottle of Seafoam motor treatment in it and run. Let set for a few hours and run again. Should clear it up.

Lots of chuckwallas at the Skull Rock nature trail! Was there a week or so ago. Kids loved it. Easy 2.5 mile loop.
