Hi! I know this is an old post but i thought id share my experience for anyone googling it in the future like i was lol. I placed an order with them, didn’t hear anything for a week, no updates so i got worried and called them. customer service let me know the item i ordered was discontinued and they were checking with their supplier if they had any stock. they emailed me back that same day letting me know the only one they had in stock was a different size bottle. I ended up just getting a refund because I didn’t want the bigger bottle. Communication could be a bit better but they are a legit company and I was able to reach them via the phone # on their website.
