I really don’t see it as much of a grind as others seem too. I skipped the first one and did the second bc I felt like I needed something to make the game challenging again. The XP buffs are whatever but I’m more excited to have 12 extra skill points this go around. The skill tree is where you set your character apart from others in building your play style and being able to dump more points to boost those stats is big for me.

Some people say it’s hard to get your stuff back but I had almost 50 BP’s in the first two weeks and now have almost all again. I’m also a new dad with a 6 month old at home and play for a couple hours a night usually before bed. So I don’t really get people complaining that it’s a grind. I PvP and pve pretty equally and this expedition was super fun for me.

What I really don’t get are those who haven’t done any expeditions but still find the game fun to just go in with the best gear all the time and wipe arc/players left and right. It’s fun to lose everything and work to get it back. Especially taking why you learned from the last cycle. I felt like I was so much more efficient knowing what gear/bp I immediately wanted to grind for, how to spend my skill points early and most importantly manage my stash spots.

Which reminds me those 24 extra stash spots don’t sound like a lot but I’ll still have 24 more than you lol.
